SA4140 unhoned seamless steel tbe is a kind of cold drawn seamless precision steel tubes suitable for further honing or skiving and roller burnishing. This kind of tubings are mainly used to produce hydraulic cylinder barrels in hydraulic cylinder industry.

Standard specification and material: DIN2391-2 ST52 and equivalent material like EN10305-1 E355 and other materials like C45E,25CrMo4,34CrMo4,42CrMo4,ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAe1045,SAE4130,SAE4140,etc.

Size range: 40mm*30mm - 325mm*300mm

Manufacture method: hydraulic cold drawn, hydraulic cold drawn+cold rolled.

Delivery condition:

OD tolerance: as oer EN10305-1 or DIN2391-1

ID tolerance: for unhoned tubings,ID tolerance should be appointed by buyer.

W.T tolerance: +/-5% max.

Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max.

Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips.

Slightly internal and external oil coating for anti-rust protection.

End plastic caps covering both ends.

Marking on each piece of tube: to be confirmed.

Shipping: by containers.
